Matt Ingram
Matt is a lifelong resident of the Triad. He attended Elon University, where he earned both his undergraduate degree in Marketing and a MBA. Prior to his career in real estate in 2016, Matt spent 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, he has gained valuable business experience as an entrepreneur with several years of successful endeavors.
Through Matt’s professional experience, he identified his true passion: helping others achieve their goals. This passion, along with a life long interest in real estate led him to being a broker.
Leveraging his sales and business expertise, Matt is known for his outstanding client service, consistent communication, high tech marketing, and as a skilled negotiator that always works in his client’s best interest. He is committed to being an expert in the market and all areas of the process to ensure he is a valuable resource for his clients.
When Matt is not busy working with clients, he is spending time with his wife, Jennifer and their two boys.
Alison Blaum
Alison spent her childhood in Allentown, Pennsylvania and continued her education at the College at Cedar Crest College in her hometown - obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
She loves to cook, golf, spend time with her kids and watch their sporting events, and vacation with her family.
Alison has been a Realtor since 2007 and began her career at Keller Williams. She joined The Ingram Group in 2015, when Matt started.
Seeing the looks on her client’s the faces when they find the right home makes it all worth it for Alison. “They get so excited and I feel like I am making a difference in their lives. I enjoy instilling trust in my clients through my years of experience and making the process less scary and stressful.”
Diana Andes
Diana Andes is a passionate and dedicated real estate professional with a wealth of experience in the industry. Born in Portugal, she moved to Long Island, New York when she was just 3 years old, and later attended LIM College in Manhattan, New York. In July 2018, Diana made the move to North Carolina, where she began her career in real estate.
In 2020, Diana joined The Ingram Group, where she quickly established herself as a valuable member of the team. Her clients appreciate her caring and dedicated approach, as well as her exceptional organizational skills. Diana is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that her clients are satisfied and that their needs are met.
When she's not working, Diana loves spending time with her three children. She also enjoys reading, hiking, and being outdoors. Her love for nature and her family makes her an excellent real estate agent who has a passion for helping others find their dream home. Deniece Woods
Meet Deniece Woods, a Hawaii native who grew up on the island of Oahu. Before diving into the world of real estate, Deniece focused on Early Childhood Education and rocked the property management scene in Austin, Texas where she earned the Agent of the Year title at Greystar Management for her top-notch client service.
In 2020, Deniece moved to the Triad area, motivated by her dedication to assisting individuals in finding their dream homes and helping sellers connect with potential buyers—an aspect of the real estate profession she finds particularly rewarding.
When she's not busy with clients, Deniece loves spending quality time with her family, enjoying seafood feasts, taking a dip in the ocean, shredding the snow on a snowboard, exploring the great outdoors, catching live concerts, and soaking up the theater experience.
Dina Asad
A Palestinian native born in Jordan and raised in Nicaragua, Central America, Dina made the move to North Carolina in 2020, and has been calling NC home ever since. Having mountains, beaches, and city life within a few hours' drive is what she loves the most.
Helping people achieve their real estate dreams is Dina's favorite part of this job. Whether it involves guiding first-time homebuyers, assisting those relocating to North Carolina, or navigating the ins and outs of purchasing new construction, she is all about finding the perfect fit for each and every client.
She firmly believes that this is a people business, not a housing business. I don't believe in just "getting by" in this market. For me, it's an honor to walk side by side with every person that I serve – and to do it with excellence.
